Florida Tax Credit Scholarship - PEP
Florida students who are not full-time private or public school students can access the Personalized Education Program (PEP) through the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program. This scholarship provides an educational savings account (ESA) to fund the educational needs of eligible students. *Early learners institute is an approved direct pay tutoring provider for PEP scholarship recipients through the EMA Portal. As governed by the State of Florida, only one supplemental program can be used per student.
